GENERATIONAL DIFFERENCE

SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
The course explores the cultural phenomena of generational difference in the workplace. The goal of this course is to equip HR professionals with best practices in employee engagement based upon generational difference. The seminar explains the methods of motivation, engagement and performance management for the four different generations represented in the workplace today.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this seminar, participants should be able to:

  • Identify the various value systems for the four different generations.
  • Explain the methods of motivations and engagement for the different generations.
  • Utilize communication techniques to stimulate organizational health as it relates to generational differences.
