SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
This seminar is an overview of the latest and emerging issues in human resource management; specifically in the area of performance management. The seminar reviews the work of thought leaders such as Marcus Buckingham, Geoff Colvin and Daniel Pink.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Understand the various reasons for poor performing employee and methods to increase productivity.
  • Discuss methods of improving employee performance using contemporary motivation theory and coaching techniques.
