STRATEGIC HR PLANNING

SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
This seminar explores the concepts of strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation as it relates to human resource planning and practices. This seminar addresses the interaction between strategy and human resources and discusses the environment of human resources in relation to overall organizational strategy.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this seminar, participants should be able to:

  • Explain the strategic value of HR practices.
  • Understand the role of HR as a strategic partner in the overall organizational strategy.
